Smart Horizons Career Online Education (SHCOE) fosters effective communications and relationships with and among our community stakeholders. On an ongoing basis, SHCOE actively promotes and provides systematic opportunities for collaboration and shared leadership among all community stakeholders, as evidenced by the following:
