Workforce & Community-Based Agencies

The Workforce and Community-Based Agency partnership program is designed to build and manage full-service, branded career online high school programs for various state and local  agencies. The goal is to help students attain the necessary skills to become or remain employed within the workplace.

Students served include individuals who are:

• Entering the workforce for the first time
• Seeking to upgrade their skills
• Retraining to meet the changing demands of the economy

Smart Horizons Career Online Education’s high schools are designed to meet local and state workforce needs and to help various states compete in a global academy. This includes  workforce training programs for students who need to obtain a high school diploma and coursework needed to obtain a career-credentialed certificate.
