“America’s Best First Job” campaign highlights the work McDonald’s is doing to help workers finish high school and go to college.

McDonald’s has launched its national “America’s Best First Job” campaign featuring the work the company is doing to expand access to education for their employees. The first Employer Reputation TV spot shows the impact of McDonald’s Archways to Opportunity program, which helps employees finish high school via Cengage Learning’s Career Online High School, go on to college, learn English, and more.

Because so many crew members are just starting out in their careers, McDonald’s has expanded their investment in education programs to benefit employees and further their careers. Over the next couple of weeks, McDonald’s will continue to share stories of real employees across various channels. It is the kick-off of a multi-year campaign designed to bring to life the company’s commitment to their people.

Please enjoy the touching video showing the real impact our program in partnership with McDonald’s is having on the lives of frontline workers.
