Shevy Conway has worked at the Seneca McDonalds for 15 years. Recently she decided to get her high school diploma, over 25 years after she was scheduled to graduate. McDonalds’ Archways for Opportunity provided tuition support to COHS, and Conway’s boss helped with flexible hours. Now Conway can proudly say she’s got her high school diploma. Watch video.
